Eastern Board of Approved Soccer Officials Association, Inc. (EBASOA) trains and provides officials for public and private high schools throughout Section 2 and the Capital District of New York State.
We have been in existence since 1954 officiating boys soccer matches.
I think about how hard your job is and how you get treated. This summer I saw a lot of stories about officials being treated poorly. I can think of so many officials that have officiated games that I played and coached in. This is year 19 for me.
I really want you to know that you make a difference. Not many people are stepping up to do your job, but you folks show up and are dedicated and I thank you for that. The coaches and officials I have had in the past, helped mold who I have become as a player, coach, and now Athletic Director. Thank you for all you do.
